To change your membership plan:
- Open the drop-down menu next to the profile icon and select Billing and Payment. You will be redirected to the Billing and Payment page
- Click on the Manage Subscription drop-down menu and select Change Subscription Plan
- A pop-up window will appear. Select the plan you'd like to change to, and click on Save
If you are a monthly subscriber, you will have the option to change to an annual plan. If you are an annual subscriber, you can change to a monthly plan. The rate will be prorated based on your current billing cycle.
